The IICRC is the certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.

IICRC certified firms have earned the right to display the IICRC logo by sending their technicians through comprehensive training programs. Each category of certification has its own unique requirements and certifying process and covers a specific area of expertise. In all cases, an individual must attend an IICRC approved school, and successfully complete college level courses and written examinations. They must have actual field experience for specific lengths of time and be able to document his or her skills in the subject.

We hold multiple certifications, including the highest designation in the industry, Master Textile Cleaner, of which there are only 32 in the state. Floor Care Solutions is also one of less than 200 companies nationwide to earn the coveted CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) Approved Service Provider designation.

Fabric

Furnishings turn rooms into a comfortable home. Proper care will keep your furnishings looking good while they add enjoyment to your home. Although homes with young children and house pets often require extra work to maintain upholstered furnishings in particular, prudent care is worth the effort.

We clean and protect all different types of fabrics and textile materials, whether they are composed of natural or synthetic fibers or a combination of both. Our technicians have been thoroughly trained in how to properly identify fabric types and how to properly clean and protect them. Upholstered furniture should be cleaned every 6 to 18 months depending on the family's needs.

Leather

Unlike fabrics, leather is vulnerable to scuffs, scratches, fading and other damage in addition to stains. Leather needs regular care and maintenance. Proper leather care should include professional cleaning every 6 months.

Leather not only needs to be cleaned and protected, it also needs to have conditioners (natural oils known as fat liquors) reapplied during the cleaning process to maintain its luxurious look and feel. We clean leather using a three-step process, whereas most cleaning companies use only one. Our certified leather cleaning technicians will carefully identify the leather type and clean the furniture using professional cleaning products specifically designed for that leather.

We clean, condition and protect all leathers, including Aniline, Protected and Nubuck.
