We believe the best way to keep a commercial carpet looking new is to keep it in its natural state: dry.

Regular wet or (steam) cleaning leaves detergents and residues in the carpet that accelerate re-soiling and degrade air quality. Since faster re-soiling means more frequent cleaning, wet cleaning can actually drive up long term cleaning and replacement costs. It can also degrade indoor air quality and produce health-related complaints, absenteeism and employee turnover.

We prefer to use an environmentally responsible minimal moisture cleaning method as our primary means of cleaning.

This type of cleaning method dries very quickly and significantly reduces downtime, providing minimal disruption to your business. Another important benefit of minimal moisture cleaning is in most cases it completely eliminates wicking (the same spots reappearing after cleaning).

There is no silver bullet when it comes to cleaning commercial carpet. There are certain situations when truck mounted or portable high heat cleaning; dry compound cleaning or even high flow extraction cleaning methods are required. We have the equipment and capabilities to use any and all of these methods. However, our experience has shown us that if you stick to our appearance management or healthy environment programs we can often delay the required restorative cleanings by months and in some cases years.
