Our property management company manages over 700,000+ square feet of office and retail property.  John Cozy has done business with our company for many years now.  John’s company, Floor Care Solutions, is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the carpet in all of our properties. 

Floor Care Solutions has always provided us with terrific service and the highest quality workmanship. 

An example of this would be Midtown Plaza Office Building.  We had an issue with the carpeting in the building.  The carpeting had been replaced and we were not happy with the way it was standing up to wear and tear; it was beginning to look dingy.  We had Floor Care Solutions come in and clean the carpet quarterly at first.  It has now been cleaned on a monthly bases for a couple of years and it looks better than it did a couple of months after it was installed. 

John has also assisted us with cleaning, water intrusion and mold restoration projects.  We completely trust him and have entrusted him with keys to all of our buildings in case of emergency.  We are always amazed at the new innovative ideas and products that John brings to us to be proactive on all levels for our buildings.
