Appearance Management Program – clean spills, spots & lobby Carpet weekly or monthly, clean entire facility quarterly, semi annually or annually.  This program is based on the IICRC industry standards S100 which also emphasizes cleaning for health first then for appearance.  

Restoration Maintenance Program – clean entire facility annually. This program is for companies with only a few employees, small office space and very little foot traffic. It requires a restorative cleaning process that is much more labor intensive due to the fact spots, spills and contaminates have been accumulating for a twelve month period.
