Furnishings turn rooms into a comfortable home. Proper care will keep your furnishings looking good while they add enjoyment to your home. Although homes with young children and house pets often require extra work to maintain upholstered furnishings in particular, prudent care is worth the effort.

We clean and protect all different types of fabrics and textile materials, whether they are composed of natural or synthetic fibers or a combination of both. Our technicians have been thoroughly trained in how to properly identify fabric types and how to properly clean and protect them. Upholstered furniture should be cleaned every 6 to 18 months depending on the family's needs.

Odor Control

Whether it's due to a new pet who hasn't been entirely housebroken, an old pet with failing health, or just everyday spills, accidents that result in the need for odor removal happen for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes scents linger long after the offending spot has been identified, treated, blotted, rinsed and deodorized. When pet urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it has a pH of about 5 or 6, which is on the acid side of the pH Scale. It is easier to remove right then when it is fresh. Once it dries, it turns "alkaline" or to a high pH between 10 to 12 on the scale and becomes more difficult to remove. The warm acid state of the urine offers a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, which begin to flourish almost immediately.
